1. Introduction
Welcome to my art commission Terms of services! By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your request.
 
2. General terms
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason. All artwork will be created in my unique art style. References are welcome but will not replicate another artist's work. Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
 
3. Payment
Payments will be made through PayPal:

Full payment or a deposit of 50% is required before work begins.
 
4. Timeline
The estimated delivery time is at least within a week. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but clients will be notified promptly. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.
 
5. Revisions
Revisions are included in the base price. Significant changes after final approval may incur an extra fee
(depending on the changes).
 
6. Usage and copyright
I retain all rights to the artwork, including distribution, reproduction, and display in portfolios or promotions. Clients may use the artwork for personal purposes but may not alter, redistribute, or resell it without explicit permission. For commercial use, licensing fees will apply.
 
7. Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations are allowed before work begins for a full refund. After the work has started, refunds may vary based on progress. No refunds will be issued once the artwork is completed. If I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
 
8. Confidentiality
Personal information shared during the commission process will remain confidential. If you wish to keep the artwork private or refrain from being displayed publicly, please inform me beforehand.
 
9. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide clear references and instructions at the start of the project. Failure to provide necessary details may result in delays.
 
10. Agreement
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms of service. These terms may be updated at any time with notice.
